FMS is an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company based in the Free Zone, Saan
Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic, providing contract manufacturing solutions for
customers across multiple industries. We specialize in electronic assembly, electromechanical
integration, wire harnesses, and value-added manufacturing services, helping customers optimize
their supply chains through nearshoring and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial
growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding
our customer base in local and international

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dominican Republic, the United
  • States, Canada, and other strategic markets.
  • Prospect companies seeking electronic manufacturing, assembly, and nearshoring
  • solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to prepare technical and commercial
  • proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage opportunities through contract award.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International
  • Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is
  • highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and managing key customer
  • relationships.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales prospecting
  • tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
