Electro-mechanical assembly is the foundation of what we do at Fenix Manufacturing Solutions. Our customers depend on our diversified skill set to manage the assembly of their electronic and electro-mechanical components.
Fenix Manufacturing Solutions has extensive capabilities in fine wire winding. We can wind wire ranging from 45 gauge to 14 gauge in a variety of different winding methods.
Winding examples:We produce over 10 million plastic components annually.
Electric and hydraulic molding machines:Over the years we have worked very closely with customers needing a cost effective method for potting their assemblies in an inexpensive plastic box or cup. Plasma Etching is a solution we have provided for many of our customers. By utilizing a Plasma Etching process our customers can take advantage of a lower cost polypropylene and epoxy combination for their potted assembly needs resulting in an overall lower assembly cost.
Many of the production that we manufacture require a potting process. Whether you need to secure the integrity of your circuit components, prevent exposure to the environment or insulate for high voltage Fenix Manufacturing Solutions can assist in implimenting the right potting process for your needs.

Manual Insertion Line:Fenix Manufacturing Solutions has a long standing commitment to quality and the journey of continual improvement. The organizational roots start with certification to ISO 9001:2002 in 2004 and the commitment stands as we continue to provide quality products to our customers. We are currently certified to ISO 9001:2008. Our last recertification audit was in 2016.
Customer scorecard performance data consistently identify us as a preferred supplier. The quality staff includes Black Belt certified personnel. Ongoing training and use of analytical tools for problem solving and process capability help us in our journey for improvement. Extensive use of APQP ( Advanced Product Quality Planning ) from TS 16469 procedures with cross functional team participation help in launching and sustaining products with outstanding quality and reliability from the initial launch of the product and throughout the product life cycle.
Our steel stamping operations today is 100% dedicated to supporting the products produces in our Dominican Republic manufacturing facility. We are actively looking small stamping opportunities.
The Dominican Republic manufacturing facility for Fenix Manufacturing Solutions is supported by a highly skilled tool and die staff with extensive capabilities. Our in house team of machine craftsman insure that all of our process equipment and tools are in excellent working condition.
